Abstract
Perianal hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic recurrent inflammatory, suppurating, and fistulizing disease of apocrine glands, adjacent anal canal skin and soft tissues. Perianal area is the second most common affected area after axila. There are three grades of disease. Hidradenitis suppurativa represents a chronic, recurrent, deep-seated folliculitis resulting in abscesses followed by the formation of sinus tracts and scarring. Perianal hidradenitis suppurativa is the last and the most serious grade of disease and it demands specific access to prepare of patient and surgical treatment as well. Method of closure with a combination of skin flaps, primary closures and skin graft in one or two stages can be considered a valid surgical option for a group of patients with extensive perianal hidradenitis.
Case report: There are three causes of perianal hidradenitis suppurativa in this article. There is subscribed local and overall preparation of patient and radical excision and closure with a rotation skin flaps and skin grafts. The results were very satisfied, without any recurrences or serious complications.
